Tilden Capital — Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 25, 2026. Last updated: June 25, 2026.

In these documents, "Tilden Capital," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Tilden Capital Appalachia, LP, a Texas limited partnership. "You" refers to any person who contacts us, requests a quote, or enrolls in our text-message program.

Terms of Service

1. About our services

Tilden Capital purchases oil, gas, and other mineral interests from owners. We provide free estimates ("quotes") of what a mineral interest may be worth. A quote is informational only, is not an offer to purchase, and does not create any obligation for you or for us. Any actual purchase offer is made separately by one of our land men and is subject to a written agreement. Nothing we provide is legal, tax, financial, or investment advice; you should consult your own advisors before selling any interest.

2. Contacting us / calls

If you call us, return our call, or provide your phone number, you consent to speak with us about your mineral interests. Calls may be recorded or transcribed for quality, training, and record-keeping, and may be handled by an automated (AI) voice assistant acting on our behalf. If you do not wish to be recorded, please tell us and you may end the call at any time.

3. Accuracy of information

You agree that information you provide (acreage, lease, royalty, contact, and similar details) is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Quotes rely on the information you provide and on public and market data, and may change as more information becomes available.

4. Intellectual property

The content of this site and our materials is owned by Tilden Capital and may not be copied or reused without permission.

5. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Our services and any quotes are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tilden Capital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or messages, and our total liability will not exceed $100.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
